President & CEO
PCAM2025 CAI Chapter President

Tracy founded Edison and leads it as President & CEO, bringing more than 20 years in community association management. She holds the PCAM designation — one of the industry's highest — and serves as the 2025 Central Florida CAI Chapter President. She personally onboards every new association.
