Why Brevard County is different from Edison's other markets
Brevard County is the only Phase 1 service area where Edison's primary recommendation isn't necessarily HOA Management, it's Condo Management. The coastline runs from Titusville through Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Indialantic, Melbourne Beach, and Sebastian Inlet. Most of that coastline is mid- and high-rise condominium, much of it 30+ years old, all of it under the FL SB-4D milestone inspection and SIRS reserve study mandates.
Edison's Condo Management practice handles this market with the engineer coordination, statutory compliance tracking, and capital sequencing it actually requires.
