Is this all AI? Are you replacing managers?
No. Edison's manager-to-community ratio is still intentionally low, and a real person still answers the phone every time. The tech handles the things that don't need a human, document lookup, project tracking, minutes drafting, so the manager can spend time on the work that does.
What if our board isn't comfortable with technology?
Edison's model accommodates both ends. Boards that love the dashboards can live in CINC and the Action Item List. Boards that prefer email and phone get the same level of service without being forced into a portal. The tech is a tool, not a requirement.
Is WATTSON live right now?
WATTSON is live for Edison communities. CINC, the Action Item List, and Plaud are also live and in production for current Edison clients.
Does this cost extra?
